Maybe “Ass-Raped” is a bit much…but who cares when it comes to flippant free-speech while trying to make a point. Right, Mike? This douche makes Glenn Beck seem like a journalist!

According to this article, a judge (who should be sainted) has thrown out conservative talk-radio host, MICHAEL SAVAGE’s vengeful lawsuit against the Council on American-Islamic Relations for using his own words against him in an alleged campaign to persuade advertisers away from this asshole’s syndicated radio show.

Savage’s suit alleged copyright infringement and racketeering because they used sound-bites of Savage actually saying that the Koran was a “book of hate” and a “throwback document”. 

While I’m sure Mr. Savage is claiming free-speech when it comes to his reasoning behind the lawsuit, the irony is rich considering that the same people who hold onto the importance of the Constitution are the same people whose politics treat it as a “throwback document”.
